Time To ACT Summer Turnaround as the Group Targets £1m Profit from £8m Sales for FY28
StockBox speaks with Chris Heminway, CEO & Chief Strategy Officer of Time To ACT plc (AQSE: TTA), following the company’s latest business and trading update and the creation of its new Thermal Processing division.
Chris Heminway explains how the group has moved away from the high cash-burn levels of previous years, with its core operations recording £1.55m in sales during June, July and August 2026 and delivering a cash profit over the period.
The discussion explores the combination of Diffusion Alloys and Metal Treatment & Engineering into the new Thermal Processing division, where short-cycle business is currently operating at an annual sales run-rate of £5m–£6m. Management has set the division a FY28 target of £8m in sales at a 40% gross profit margin.
Chris also discusses the outlook for larger Diffusion Alloys project orders, the group’s £570,000 liquidity position at 15 September 2026, and the strategy for GreenSpur as its generator technology moves towards commercialisation.
