As I sit down to reflect on the last few months, I’m overwhelmed by the sense of pride and excitement that has swept through our company. When we made the decision to take Time To ACT plc public, we knew it was more than just a financial milestone; it was the start of a new chapter—one that would allow us to further our mission to support the transition to net zero and make a lasting impact on the world.

The IPO process is no small feat, demanding an extraordinary level of dedication, resilience and hard work. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing our team rise to the occasion with unmatched enthusiasm and determination. Our employees are the backbone of our company and their commitment to our vision has been nothing short of inspiring. From Diffusion Alloys to GreenSpur, every member of our team has played a role in this journey and I would like to thank them personally for their contribution to our success.

We’ve built a culture that thrives on creativity and innovation. Largely due to the collaborative management approach we embrace, we are fostering an environment where ideas can flourish and people feel truly valued. This approach has enabled us to make significant strides in the energy transition sector and that is a testament to the incredible talent within our group.

Time To ACT was the first company to list on Aquis this year and although others have followed, we feel we have set a strong precedent. More importantly, this achievement has provided us with the resources and visibility needed to accelerate our growth in the clean energy sector.

Our focus on investing in, supporting and growing companies within the hydrogen, fuel cell, wind, nuclear and energy storage sectors is at the heart of our mission. The Aquis listing has strengthened our ability to execute this strategy, offering a permanent capital structure to support long-term growth and has enhanced our profile as an industry leader.

Our healthy balance sheet and rapidly growing revenue, which has been growing at around 50% per annum, have put us on a clear path towards cash-flow break-even. This financial strength allows us to continue supporting our portfolio companies as they develop cutting-edge solutions for a sustainable and green future.

Time To ACT’s shares are currently trading at 67.5 pence* per share, a 35% increase since listing on 29 May 2024. The momentum we’ve gained post-IPO is just the beginning. Our vision to contribute to the UK’s net zero goals is more important than ever and we’re committed to expanding our reach and enhancing our technology to benefit all stakeholders.

The benefits of being an Aquis-listed company are already evident. The future is bright for Time To ACT and I’m confident that we will continue to lead the way in providing green solutions.

On a personal note, I want to express my deepest gratitude to every contributing member of our team. The IPO was a significant milestone, but it’s the daily efforts—the successful projects, the innovative ideas and the moments of collaboration—that truly define our accomplishments. Together, we’ve built something remarkable and I couldn’t be more excited for what lies ahead.
